The Summit Learning Charter School Board has the following major responsibilities:
- Approve the Vision and Goals for the charter.
- Adopt policies that give the charter direction to set priorities and achieve its goals.
- Hire and evaluate the Director.
- Adopt and oversee the annual budget.

Our charter school board is composed of a variety of professionals who support our school in reaching the overall mission – “The mission of the School is to empower our Learning Community by creating an educational culture that prepares students for a successful transition to the world of work or post-secondary education.”
